Slide tables are specially designed for the high forces of
press systems and where a position requires high precision against
an adjustable stop. It is an economic solution for tall parts and
for placement of parts outside of the danger area. They can be mounted,
depending on the type, both in longitudinal and lateral positions,
and can be adapted for automated processes.

- Manual or Pneumatic Operation
- Position sensor accuracy 0.005" or 0.12mm
- Armoloy coated for low friction and corrosion protection
- Positive stop
- Position accuracy +/- 0.002" or 0.05mm
- STU 140 includes air bearings
- Speed controls for pneumatic slides
The shuttle slide table is based on the same
concept as out standard slide table. Assembly, loading and unloading
can occur at the same time as the press cycles. Two fixtures are
required.
Pneumatic Shuttle:
- Requires two fixtures
- Assembly & load while press cycle is in progress
- Appropriate guarding is required
