User Interface HMI

Included with every PRC7000 and PRC700 is our Window’s based PRCSuite software. The elements of this software package are used for setting up and configuring these controls and their related press systems. From simple part testing to full production, you only have to learn one software system for any of our monitored manual, monitored pneumatic, Servo or monitored electric presses.

PRCSuite software consists of three main elements: PRCHMI, PRCPRJ and PRCStudio. PRCPRJ and PRCStudio are used for machine configurations such as PLC programming or machine specific information. PRCHMI is the human machine interface used on these controls and can also be used as a direct link to a PRC7000RT, to influence the production set-up, or off-line with the PRC700 for process data evaluation.
